NLG bags Oman Web Awards for the 4th time in a row since 2005. 28 Feb 2009

National Life & General Insurance Co SAOG – The Total Insurance Solution Provider in the Sultanate of Oman has won a ‘Silver award’ for the 4th consecutive year in the category of Banking & Finance at the Oman Web Awards 2008. The scintillating awards ceremony was held at Hotel Al Bustan Palace on February 28, 2009, under the auspices of Information Technology Authority and the award for on behalf of National Life & General was received by Mr. Balaji .V, IT Manager.

National Life’s website has been receiving awards in this category every year since the inception of this award in the year 2005. Oman Web Awards are awarded to websites showcasing excellent web designs and development. The competition invites participation from all designers and developers with the initiative to promote the spirit of innovation and creativity, to raise the standards of web design and website services, to promote intellectual property awareness and encourage all sectors to become actively involved in the digital economy.
