Roadside Assistance Cover from AAA – Oman and UAE

• Towing Service :  Towing service will be provided in case of break down only and if the vehicle cannot be fixed on road the vehicles will be towed to the nearest AAA’s authorized service facility in Oman / to the nearest facility within  UAE.
• Battery Boosting : If the battery is dead or for any reason not working it will be boosted on the road and if it is not working at all, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest AAA’s Authorised service facility in Oman / to the nearest facility within  UAE.
• Fixing Flat Tyre : Flat Tyre will be replaced with a spare and if the spare tyre is not available with the vehicle, then  the vehicle will be towed to the nearest AAA’s Authorised service facility in Oman / to the nearest facility within  UAE.
• Fuel Delivery: If the vehicle is out of fuel on road, fuel will be delivered to the motorist on road, at the cost of member.
• Lock out service : If the keys are locked inside, our expert professionals will retrieve it. Incase the key is not retrievable without damaging the vehicle, then the vehicle will be towed to the nearest AAA’s Authorised service facility in Muscat Only.
• Mechanical Repairs ( Roadside ) : If some basic repairs are required it will be done on  road otherwise the vehicle will be towed to the nearest AAA’s  Authorised service facility in Oman / to the nearest facility within  UAE.

Exclusions:

• No off road / desert cover / mountain road
• No cover for breakdown after accidents, flooding, mountain range
• Maximum 4 free services per policy year.  Anything more than this, insured has to pay.
• Towing Service will be to the nearest garage only
